Maximum carrying capacity 150kg. The Gingo is designed to handle ceramic tiles and plates, allowing tilting from horizontal position to vertical position for gripping from a roller conveyor or from a pallet. The products that can be handled can be both ceramic and stone. Pneumatic tilting, regulation and rotation allow to pick the exact release position on a checking equipment, with subsequent release on the ground or on a pallet, in horizontal position.
Autonomous air supply with the Kit Free option, sensor for gripping, vacuum system with electric pump (connected to the batteries of the Kit Free option) and possibility of handling very rough surfaced tiles thanks to the specific suction cups.

Frontal pneumatic tilting 90°
Manual side rotation +- 90° to align the product with the movement direction
Manual rotation +- 90° to rotate the product with the long side in vertical position
